If you want to contact us - via our contact form or our applicants' portal - your personal data will be collected. These data are saved on specially protected computers and only used for the purposes for which you have transmitted the data to us. We will not pass your personal data on to third parties unless you have explicitly agreed to this or we have to do so to provide the service or implement the contract. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be locked and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law provisions, provided that you have not explicitly agreed to data use above and beyond this. Data will be transmitted to recipients in third countries taking account of the statutory requirements, for example by using EU standard contract clauses. Government institutions and authorities will receive information only within the framework of the statutory information obligations or on the basis of a court order. In the event of you contacting us, you have the opportunity to issue a declaration of consent at any place on our website where personal data are accessed.
